MedPlants4Vet project was part of the biggest science festival in Slovakia

Members of MedPlants4Vet raised awareness of the COST Action at the European Researcher's Night

The European Researcher's Night is the biggest science festival in Slovakia, bringing news from the world of research and innovation in an inspiring and unique way. The festival traditionally takes place on the last Friday of September in Bratislava, Kosice, Banska Bystrica, Zilina, Poprad and other accompanying locations. The one-day programme offers a series of scientific presentations, discussions, hands-on experiments, workshops, technological attractions and digital activities.

Members of the MedPlants4Vet COST Action organised interactive activities especially for children and students from different schools. At the MedPlants4Vet event stand, participants had the opportunity to try out laboratory equipment first hand. The team also used this platform to present the objectives of the project to the general public, fostering a link between researchers and non-specialists, with a particular focus on inspiring the next generation of young scientists.
