At the heart of this success was a dedicated Organising Committee of professionals who worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the Training School. This committee was divided into three key groups: the Scientific Committee, the Technical Committee and the Finance Committee, each of which played a crucial role in delivering high quality content and smooth logistics.
The Scientific Committee was responsible for curating an insightful curriculum, identifying leading experts, structuring the training sessions to maximise learning outcomes and developing learning materials for participants. This insured that the latest research and best practices in medicinal plants for veterinary use were effectively shared with participants.
Meanwhile, the Technical Committee worked behind the scenes to manage logistical arrangements, communications and registration. From coordinating travel and accommodation to ensuring that online and face-to-face sessions ran smoothly, their dedication made the course a success.
The Finance Committee played a crucial role in securing and managing the budget, ensuring that resources and COST-reimbursements were allocated efficiently. Their efforts enabled the school to run smoothly without any financial obstacles.
Sincere thanks go to all the members of these committees whose hard work and dedication have laid the foundations for an enriching and inspiring training school. Their teamwork exemplifies the power of COST cooperation in advancing scientific education.
Looking ahead, we encourage all MedPlant4Vet members to get involved in the organisation of future courses. Whether in a scientific or technical capacity, your involvement will help to continue this valuable initiative and extend its impact and reach. Join us in shaping the future of veterinary herbal medicine education!
